Check Support and FAQ before sending a message

Many access, browser, mobile, and download questions can be narrowed down without sharing personal information. Support provides a troubleshooting sequence, while FAQ gives short answers to recurring questions. Starting there can help you identify whether the issue belongs to this site, the device, the network, or an external account service.

If you still need to describe a website problem, note the page you were using, the device type, the browser or app route, the network type, and the non-sensitive error message. Those details make the problem easier to understand without exposing account credentials.

Do not include sensitive credentials

Do not send passwords, one-time verification codes, bank passwords, card PINs, full payment credentials, or unnecessary identity documents in a general website message. A navigation, browser, or content problem can usually be described without them.

If someone asks for sensitive credentials unexpectedly, stop and verify who is requesting them and why. Verification codes should be entered only into the account flow that generated them after you have checked the destination.

Account questions need the account service

Questions about password resets, account locks, balances, verification status, deposits, withdrawals, transaction history, or account restrictions require access to account records. Use the support or recovery process provided by the service that controls those records.

These pages cannot view, reset, unlock, approve, credit, reverse, or otherwise modify an external account. Keeping that boundary clear prevents a general website question from being confused with account support.

What information is useful in a technical report

A useful report can state whether the page was blank, slow, incomplete, or showing a specific non-sensitive error. Include whether the problem happens on Wi-Fi, mobile data, another browser, or another device when you have tested those options. Mention what changed immediately before the problem if you know.

Avoid sending long screenshots that contain account identifiers, balances, phone numbers, email addresses, verification codes, or payment information. If a screenshot is necessary, remove or cover sensitive details first.

No contact detail is invented here

A verified public email address, telephone number, or social account for these information pages is not provided on this page. Rather than publish an address that has not been confirmed, the page keeps the guidance focused on safe problem descriptions and the correct route for external account issues.

If a contact method is added later, it should be displayed consistently and its privacy handling should be reflected in the Privacy Policy.

Next best action

Use Support for a technical problem, FAQ for a recurring question, Login for sign-in and recovery boundaries, or App and Download for device and file checks. Use the external service’s own support route when the question requires access to an account record.

Before sending any message, remove passwords, verification codes, card PINs, bank passwords, and other credentials. A safe support message explains the problem without giving someone the information needed to take over an account.

Useful non-sensitive details

  • The page where the problem happened.
  • Your device type and browser or app route.
  • The network type, such as Wi-Fi or mobile data.
  • The non-sensitive error message.
  • Whether the issue also appears on another browser or network.
  • What you already tried, without including credentials.

Never include passwords, verification codes, payment PINs, or bank passwords in a general website message.
